Every morning, from Monday to Friday, breakfast is served as a buffet from 06:30 to 09:30. On weekends at the hotel in Saint-Malo as well as on public holidays, the breakfast buffet is at your disposal from 06h30 to 10h30.
The breakfast rate is 13.90€.
The breakfast of the hotel in Saint-Malo is filled with gourmet and local products. For example, you will have the pleasure of finding apple juices from Michel Maman (artisanal cider factory based in Janzé (35)), dairy products such as plain MALO yoghurts, fruit yoghurts, cottage cheese. Bakery side, we offer you different breads, pastries, rusks, or madeleines, or brioche.
To satisfy all our customers, we also offer salted products to allow you to enjoy a good breakfast with a good breakfast called English style : sausages, cheese, hard-boiled eggs.
Finally, the classic cereals, Raphael's homemade jams (located in Saint-Coulomb (35)), spreads, homemade honey and some typical products such as " Palets Bretons " or Caramels au Beurre Salé Artisanal.
Also, people who are gluten intolerant can be reassured: we have a breakfast offer (Muesli, individual cakes with chocolate chips).

The MALO Dairy, located just a few steps from the hotel, has enjoyed a flattering reputation for nearly 70 years. You'll find various MALO yogurts on our buffet.
The Jams of Raphael, whose workshop is located in Bel Évent, 35350 Saint-Coulomb, just 11 km from our hotel. Three times a year, the workshop holds open days... don't hesitate to visit during your stay.
Fleur de Ciel (Honey) - 36 rue des tintiaux 35260 Cancale. A delicious honey harvested in the Malouin country that joins your breakfast.
Ets Maman (Apple Juice) - Cidrerie de La Vallée de La Seiche, 7 Rue Flandres Dunkerque 1940, 35150 Janzé – located in the southern part of the department, 90 km from our hotel.
The palets bretons (Breton shortbread) that you find on the breakfast buffet are made by the Breton family business Ker Cadelac.
