Very good, reasonably priced and decent breakfast to set us up for the day. We were very pleased to find the bar still open for a while when we arrived late evening!

It was relatively cheap. We had informed you about our dog, and you had stated there would be no charge. When we arrived the receptionist wanted to charge us, but once he had seen your acknowledgement he waived the fee. However you need to make this matter clear.

The whole hotel looks tired and in need of an upgrade. We wouldn't stay here again.

First of all thank you for taking the time to leave a comment on your stay.

As you stated our staff members do as much as they can to make your stay confortable and relaxing, keeping that in mind asking the reception could have fixed a few of your problems, we do have gluten free option but as written on the buffet you need to ask the person on duty to get them for you, concerning your ask on hot food it's true that we do not have anything hot on our buffet other than the toast, we could for sure improve that.

I wont deny the fact that our establishment is not brand new but we keep the room as well as the equipment up to date, for your trouble accessing the shower we propose PRM room we could have easily change your room if you had asked the reception.

At last, My apologies for every issue you had during your stay, we will make sure to improve on those points.
I hope you will give another chance to us and the brand BRITHOTEL to make you satisfied.

For the price I found the hotel very average. Paintwork on doors and skirting chipped. You want to feel when you walk into the room that it has been freshly cleaned. It had a strange smell cold and the shower gels should be kept filled

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel was easy to access and close to all amenities. It was also very easy to get to the harbour in the morning.

For a budget type hotel it was very good. Only comment, the evening menu was very limited with one item run out and no replacement put on. Staff member was also trying to run the restaurant, cover the bar and also reception, too much for one person.
